2. Service Not Provided as Described – If the delivered reading is incomplete or does not match the description on our website.
3. Technical Issues Preventing Access – If you are unable to access your digital reading due to technical errors on our platform, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Non-refundable cases:

• Services already delivered in full
• Delay caused by missing or incorrect information provided by the customer

All refunds are processed digitally to the original payment method. No physical return is required.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following condition:

• If your Astrocartography Reading is not completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In this case, you may request a full refund with no additional conditions.

How to Request a Refund

3. Write a short message stating that your reading was not completed within 30 days

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns (Digital Services)

Astro-Cartography.com provides digital services only and does not sell physical products.

All services are delivered electronically (in digital format). Therefore:

• No physical return is required
• No shipping or return shipping is involved
• Any applicable refund is processed digitally to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Services

Because our services are digital and personalized, refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The Astrocartography reading has already been completed and delivered
• The delay was caused by missing or incorrect birth data provided by the customer
